By creating an account or using Snipely (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Snipely does

Snipely monitors public marketplace listings and notifies you when a listing matches a search you have saved. All purchasing and communication with sellers happens on the marketplace itself. Snipely is an independent tool.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of any marketplace you shop on.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute alerts or data obtained through the Service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through the mobile app store. Prices, features, and limits may change. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every listing will be captured, that alerts will arrive within a specific time, or that any deal will be available. Marketplace availability, timing, and pricing are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
